摘 要:针对测控类型软件应用环境的特殊性,提出了该类行业应用软件的一种灰色模糊评价方法。结合ISO/IEC质量模型和测控类型软件技术规范,探索了测控类型软件的指标模型,构造使质量属性仅隶属相邻质量等级的白化权函数进行评分值的灰色聚类。采用层次分析法进行权值设置,基于模糊方法实施综合评价,既增强了评价过程的客观性,又能综合不同专家的主观经验知识。应用实例表明,提出的方法可对测控类型软件进行合理的质量评价,并对其他行业应用软件具有推广意义。On account of the particularity of scenarios where measuring and controlling software is applied,a gray fuzzy evaluation approach for application software in these kinds of industries is presented in this paper.Combining ISO/IEC quality model with measuring and controlling types of software technical requirements and exploring measuring and controlling types of software index model to build whitened weight functions whose quality attribute belongs only to neighbouring quality grades to carry out score gray clustering.Hierarchical analysis is adopted for weight configuration.A comprehensive evaluation is carried out based on the fuzzy approach.Therefore not only the objectiveness of the evaluation process is strengthened,but also the subjective experience and knowledge from different experts is converged.Application instances show that the proposed approach can make reasonable quality evaluations to measuring and controlling types of software.It is worth populating to application software in other industries.
