山东半岛蓝色经济区构建下黄河三角洲石油工业SWOT分析及应对策略

摘　　要：建设富有特色和可持续发展的山东半岛蓝色经济区战略为山东建设经济强省提供了新机遇,黄河三角洲因石油资源的开发而兴起,其石油工业实施可持续发展是必然选择.借助SWOT矩阵分析法,对黄河三角洲石油工业的发展进行全面分析,以了解其内部条件的优势、劣势及外部环境的机遇、挑战,并在此基础上探讨如何在构建半岛蓝色经济区过程中促进黄河三角洲石油工业可持续发展的思路和策略.The strategy of buliding blue Shandong peninsula economic zone of its own feature in a sustainable way provides a new opportunity for Shandong province to achieve its goal of building economic strong province.Yellow River delta rises up with the development of oil resources and sustainable development is an inevitable choice for its oil industry.This paper first depends on the SWOT analysis to make a comprehensive analysis of the oil industry of this area to figure out advantages and disadvantages of internal environment and challenges and opportunities of external environment for its development.Then on this basis,we put porward some approaches and strategies to promote the sustainable development of its oil industry in the process of building Blue Shandong Peninsula Economic Zone.
