制霉菌素＋氧化锌油治疗成人尿布皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：制霉菌素＋氧化锌油治疗成人尿布皮炎的疗效观察。方法：对71例老年尿布皮炎患者使用制霉菌素＋氧化锌油进行治疗的疗效观察的回顾性分析。结果：皮疹由鲜红色转暗红色，肿、痛明显减轻为24h；皮疹及肿痛消失、皮肤脱屑的时间为48h；溃疡愈合，糜烂、破损皮肤干燥、结痴所用时间为72h。痊愈68例占95．8％，其中一例死亡；一例自动出院；一例转院。结论：尿布接触性皮炎的发生、发展与真菌和细菌的感染有密切关系，氧化锌油与制霉菌素的联合应用弥补了单独应用氧化锌油抗菌能力不足厦单独应用制霉菌素不易黏附的不足，因此，用于治疗老年尿布皮炎能收敛、保护皮肤，加快红肿消退，促进炎症消退，提高尿布皮炎的治疗效果。Objective：Nystatin ＋ zinc oxide oil treatment of adult diaper dermatitis. Methods： 71 patients with diaper dermatitis in patients aged nystatin ＋ zinc oxide oil Efficacy of treatment with a retrospective analysis. Results： The bright red turn clark red, swelling, pain is reduced significantly for 24h;rashes, and swelling andpain disappeared,the skin desquamation time for 48h;uleer healing,erosion, damage the skin dry, crusted with the time of 72h. Cured 68 cases of 95.8%, including one death; one cases of automatic discharge; one cases of transfers, the total effective rate was 100 %. Conclusion： Diaper dermatitis, fungal infeetions caused by multiple, Of zinc oxide oil and nystatin combination made up of zinc oxide alone insufficient eapaeity and antibacterial oil alone nystatin laek of adhesion is not easy,therefore, for the treatment of diaper dermatitis can be eonvergenee elderly, protecting the skin, speed up the swelling subsided to promote the inflammation subsided,improve the therapeutic effect of diaper dermatitis.
