摘　　要：目的：建立结核灵片中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，SapphireC18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5m）；流动相：甲醇-O．1％磷酸溶液（80：20）；检测波长：210nm；柱温：35℃。结果：齐墩果酸进样量线性范围为161．6-727．2ngμg（y=1424x＋568004，R2=0．9998），平均加样回收率为99．82％，RSD为1．07％（n=6）。结论：HPLC法简单可行、结果可靠，可用于控制结核灵片的内在质量。Objective：To establish tuberculosis in the spirit of oleanolic acid content determination method. Methods：Using high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method,Sapphire C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5 apms m） ;Mobile phase：methanol a 0. 1% phosphoric acid （80：20） ; Detected wavelength：210 nm;Column temperature：35 ℃. Results：Oleanolic acid into injection quantity for linear range 161.6 - 727.2 ng Ixg （y = 1424x ＋ 568004,R2 = 0. 9998） ,average plus sample recovery is 99.82% ,RSD 1.07% （n = 6）. Conclusion： HPLC,simple and feasible and reliable results can be used to control the immanent quality of TB spirit slices.
