摘  要:实验室研究了Cu含量对0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢组织与力学性能的影响,通过力学性能测试和金相显微分析,研究结果表明:在淬火冷却速度较快的情况下,随Cu含量的增加,强度增加,塑性下降;随淬火冷却速度的降低,强度下降,且Cu含量越高,强度下降的幅度越大;在淬火缓冷情况下,Cu含量对强度的影响不大;随时效后冷却速度的降低,强度增加;Cu含量控制在中下限容易满足技术条件的要求。Effect of Cu content on the microstructures and mechanical properties was studied experimentally on stainless steel 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb by means of optical micrograph and mechanical property tests. The result shows that the strength would be increased and the ductility would be decreased with the increasing of Cu content in the case of fast cooling rate during quenching. The strength would be decreased with the slowing of the cooling rate during quenching, and reduced more in degree as increasing the Cu content, and would not be affected significantly by the Cu content in the case of the slow cooling during quenching. The strength increase with the slowing of the cooling rate after aging. It is easy to satisfy the specification to control the Cu content to the middle or lower limit of its specification.
