摘　　要：介绍了95Cr18不锈轴承钢的开坯生产工艺特点,分析其开坯裂纹的产生原因,通过工艺保证并制定了改进措施,减少了其开坯裂纹的产生,提高了95Cr18不锈轴承钢的初轧开坯成坯率。This paper introduced the blooming characteristic of 95Cr18 stainless bearing steel and analyzed the reason for the cracking during blooming.After process improvement,the cracking was decreased and the billet yield during blooming of 95Cr18 stainless bearing steel was increased.
