摘　　要：中美两国学生事务管理有相同点,也有很多的不同。作为高等教育历史比较长的国家,美国有非常重视学生工作的传统,在学生事务管理方面形成了一整套的专业化管理模式,积累了丰富的经验。比较中美两国学生事务管理之间的差异,加以本土化,有利于提高我国高校学生工作的管理水平。The American and Chinese college student affair administrations share something in common,but also differ to a large extent.As a country with a long history of higher education,the United States has traditionally attached great importance to students' work,forming a complete set of professional management and having experiences in terms of student affairs administration.Comparison between two different modes of student affairs management,coupled with localization,can help improving the management level of ideological and political work of college students in China.
