永旺商业城防火设计难点分析

摘　　要：在永旺商业城步行街区域的防火设计中引入防火单元、公共区域安全区和安全走道的设计概念,分别提出了相应的防火技术措施。采用防火单元的设计方式可将店铺内火灾控制在较小的区域内,步行街公共区域可在较长时间内维持安全的疏散环境,可满足火灾初期人员安全疏散需要。此外,安全走道可有效确保人员通过该走道疏散的安全。According to the concepts of fire units,security zones in public areas and safety aisles,those were introduced into the fire protection design of pedestrian street of Yongwang Commercial City,appropriate fire technical measures have been proposed.The adoption of fire units could control shop fire in a small area.The use of security zones in public areas could maintain a safe environment for the evacuation in a long period of time and meet the need of early state of evacuation.Furthermore,the construction of safety aisles could ensure the evacuation through the aisle effectively.
