摘　　要：采用实地调查法和专家访谈法对河南省新农村体育文化建设的若干问题进行了研究.结果表明:2012年全国农运会将对河南省新农村体育文化建设的发展思路、模式创新、经费投入、成效评价等方面促进其改革与发展.体育特色项目与文化旅游相结合的发展模式、政府财政与社会民营资本的共同投入、构建农村居民全面健身的长效服务机制将是我国新农村体育文化建设的发展趋势.The research on the sports cultural construction in the new countryside of Henan province is conducted through site inspection and questionnaire survey.It showed that the National Farmers＇ Sports Movement in 2012 can promote the reform and development in development thinking,mode innovation,funds input and effect evaluation of the sports cultural construction in the new countryside.The integrating mode between the sports projects with unique feature and the cultural tourism,the joint input of the government finance and the private capital and the long-acting service mechanism for the rural people will be the new trend in the sports cultural construction of the new countryside.
