摘 要:高温塑性变形金属内部的微裂纹在扩展的同时,有一可逆的修复过程,研究其成因条件和影响因素并加以利用可大大提高产品质量。论文采用钢试件高温模拟方法对热加工过程中易引起大型锻件内部探伤超标的孔洞型缺陷、夹杂性裂纹等缺陷的修复规律进行了探讨。结果表明经高温锻造变形绝大多数缺陷可以在合适的力学条件下修复,但修复机制和条件大不相同。It has discovered that the expansion and recovery of the internal micro cracks in the steel materials can occur in the forming processes of heavy forgings over the recrystallization temperature. The principle of the internal faults (cavities and cracks originated from inclusion) recovery was investigated in the plastic deformation by using the method of physical modeling at high temperature. It shows that most of internal defects can be recovered in properly mechanical conditions at the high temperature, although their recovery mechanisms and conditions are different. It is a new and valuable method that the defects or waste heavy forgings are recovered in the forging processes.
