摘　　要：目的对榄香烯注射液进行血管刺激性和肌肉刺激性试验研究,以再评价本品的局部刺激性。方法按《药物毒理学实验方法与技术》相关方法进行试验。结果静脉注射本品后部分动物表现躲动、嘶叫等疼痛反应,肌肉注射后局部出现灰白色变性。结论本品对机体有一定的刺激性,能引起局部疼痛,静脉注射过程中要注意避免药液外渗。Objective To study the local irritative response of elemene injection in the rabbit,and evaluate the local intative response of the drug.Methods According to the methods in the Durg Toxicological Method and Technic.Results The animals had reaction to painful stimuli.Local appeared hoar degeneration after local injection Conclusion The elemene injection has significant stimulation on vessels and muscles,and avoid te occurrence of liquiols in intravenous injections.
