摘　　要：醛１由ＮａＢＨ４ 和催化氢化得醇３，经Ｍｉｔｓｕｎｏｂｕ 反应由３合成４，４用光气处理生成异氰酸酯５，在碱的作用下，糖肟６与５缩合生成７，用氨处理并用ＡｃＳＨ还原酰化得目标化合物９．从葡萄糖和醛１出发，经过１１步合成９，一个新的尿烷型化合物，所有的新化合物均由元素分析、红外光谱。Aldehyde 1 was rduced by NaBH 4 and catalytic hydrogenation to give alcohol 3.Mitsunobu reaction converted 3 into 4.Treatment of 4 with phosgene gave 5.Coupling of 6 with 5 produced 7 in the presence of NEt 3.Treatment of 7 with ammonium and then with AcSH resulted in 9.The new urethane type of compound 9 was synthesized in 11 steps from aldehyde 1 and D glucose.The structures of the new compounds were determined by elementary analysis,IR,NMR and MS.
