摘　　要：针对厦门海沧投资区的系统特征,应用不确定性多目标混合整数规划(IMOMIP)模型对区域进行了环境经济系统规划研究。根据模型的解,得到了关于优化的行业动态结构、大气污染排放份额分配、水污染物排放分配、水资源利用分配、污水处理厂扩展、森林扩展等方面的结果。Inthisstudy ,anInexactMultiobjectiveMixedIntegerProgramming (IMOMIP)modelwhich canreflectthecharacteristicsoftheHaichangInvestmentZoneisestablishedtodotheworkofenviron e conomicsystemplanning .Basedonthesolutionsofthemodel,theresultssuchliketheoptimizeddynamic industrialstructure ,allocationoftheairpollutantsdischarge ,allocationofwaterpollutantsdischarge ,water resourceutilization ,wastewaterplantexpansionandafforestationareobtained .Atthesametime ,bymeans ofduallinearprogramming ,thepaperalsoanalyzestherestrictfactorsoftheregionaldevelopment.
