髓核成形术与经皮腰椎间盘摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨髓核成形术与经皮腰椎间盘摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效差异。方法回顾性分析浏阳市集里医院近年来收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料。结果髓核成形术组与经皮腰椎间盘摘除术组患者治疗后的优良率比较,无明显差异性,P>0.05。且两组患者术后主要并发症的发生概率比较,也无明显差异性。但两组患者的手术时间及住院时间具有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论髓核成形术与经皮腰椎间盘摘除术在治疗腰椎间盘突出症方面,疗效确切,优良率无明显差异性,但髓核成形术组手术时间和住院时间更短,是值得推广的一种微创手术。Objective To compare the eficacy of hypothermy plasma radiofrequency ablation nueleoplasty and percutaneous disceetomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods In recent years were retrospectively analysed retrospectively 80 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of the clinical data of patients.Results The nucleus pulposus with percutaneous lumbar laminoplasty group after group of patients treatment of anterior staphyloma,without obvious difference compared dykes,P0.05.And two groups of patients who underwent the main complications risk among,also do not have apparent difference.But two sets of patients with surgical time and the length of time the significant differences,P0.05.Conclusion The nucleus pulposus angioplasty and percutaneous lumbar intervertebral disc in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation excision,definite effect,no obvious difference,but dykes of nucleus pulposus operation time and hospitalization laminoplasty shorter,is worth extending a minimally invasive surgery.
