摘　　要：《药物研究技术指导原则》是保证药物研究和开发过程科学性和规范性的技术文件。结合《药物研究技术指导原则》,修订更新教材,丰富授课内容,开展相关实验,拓展前沿知识,可使指导原则的科学性、理论性和课程的专业性、实践性有机地得到统一。The guidelines on drug research are the technical documents to ensure scientific and normative in drug research and development. Teaching of new drug research and evaluation in compliance with guidelines on drug research would be of value in updating textbooks, enriching teaching content, carrying out related experiments, extending the frontier of knowledge, and unifying scientific and theoretical nature of the guidelines as well as professional and practical aspects of the course.
