摘  要:为了强化铅锌烧结,本文从18 种粘结剂中筛选出强化制粒、提高制粒小球强度的有机粘结剂W。通过工业应用表明:每吨烧结矿添加2.88 kgW,可使烧结机处理量增加4.8% ,同时可使烧结块转鼓强度提高9.8% ,烧结有效块率提高6.19% 和烧结机小时产块增加11.24% ,不但价格适宜,而且无环境污染,易于工业实践。In order to strengthen lead zinc sinter, we screen a kind of high effective binder W from eighteen kinds of binder. W is a strengthened granulation of sinter mix. It can raise the strength of granulation small ball. The results of industrial application show us that; when 2.88 kg W is added to per ton sinter mineral, the treatable of blast roaster can be increased by 4.8%. Tumbler strength of lumpy sinter can be raised by 9.8%. The sinter effective of lumpy rates can by raised by 6.19% and hourly output of blast roaster can be increased by 11.24%. Not only is the price proper, but also causes no pollution of the environment. Industrial practice is easy.
