摘　　要：本文研究了铸造方法选择专家系统知识库中知识的表述特点，提出用规则＋数据库的方式来表达知识，而知识库的宏观组织结构采用层次型。在此基础上，详细叙述了知识库的具体层次结构及内容。最后，还对知识库与数据库耦合、知识库维护作了阐述。Our knowledge base follows the “rule+database” recommendation of Ref. authored by us. Our knowledge base consists of five parts: (1) the judgment under special conditions; (2) the judgment under general conditions ;(3) the judgment for technological properties; (4) the judgment for mechanical properties; (5) the economic analysis. It forms a part of an expert system described in Ref.. This expert system was used to select casting methods that were found to be in good agreement with the casting methods actually used in producing several high quality castings.
