摘　　要：目的了解国内围手术期研究的历史与现状。方法应用自编的文献计量工具,以1977—2009年《中国生物医学文献光盘数据库》收录的国内围手术期研究文献为对象,从文献发表年代、著者及其来源、文献来源、期刊分布及科研资助等方面对所筛选的45 796篇文献进行计量分析。结果 1977—2009年,各级机构发表的围手术期研究报告呈总体递增趋势;超过72 827名作者参与研究工作;广东、山东、江苏、北京、河南、浙江等地作者的发文量比例超过总量的50%。45 796篇文献分布在1 105种期刊中,《齐鲁护理杂志》、《中华现代护理杂志》、《现代中西医结合杂志》等22份期刊的发文量占所有期刊的21.99%。1 747份研究报告获得了各级科研资助共1 940项次。结论本研究结果一定程度揭示了国内围手术期研究发展状况,中西医结合的围手术期研究成果尚待进一步发掘。Objective It is to make a general picture about current status of internal perioperative research.Methods All analysis were made from the aspect of the annual distribution,authors and their region,source journals and funding type base on the research articles on bibliometrics retrieved from the database of CBMdisc with personal programming bibliometrics application.Results Research articles on perioperative management were increased generally during 1977 to 2009.More than 72827 authors participated in the research work.The authors from Guangdong,Shandong,Jiangsu,Beijing,Henan and Zhejiang account for more than 50% of all.45796 pieces of articles were distributed in 1 105 journals.The amount of articles were published in the Journal of top 22 such as Journal of QiLu Nursing,Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing and Modern Journal of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine account for 21.99%.1747 pieces of report were received 1940 pieces of research funding at all levels.Conclusion To a certain extend,this result reveal the current status of internal perioperative research.More achievement is being expected for in the perioperative research of integrated traditional and western medicine.
