仙人救心片对充血性心力衰竭大鼠左心室重构影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察仙人救心片对充血性心力衰竭大鼠左心室重构的影响。方法:将健康SD大鼠45只,随机分为5组,即:空白对照组(A)、模型对照组(B)、卡托普利组(C)、仙人救心片大剂量组(D)、仙人救心片小剂量组(E),每组9只。通过腹腔注射阿霉素,建立心力衰竭大鼠模型,C、D、E组分别用卡托普利片、仙人救心片大、小剂量治疗2周后,观察对心脏形态学结构及全心重量指数的影响。结果:仙人救心片可降低心力衰竭模型大鼠全心重量指数。结论:仙人救心片对左心室重构有一定的抑制作用。Objective： To observe the influence of Talet for Faerie to Rescue Heart on left ventricle reconstitution（LVR） loaded by rat model of congestive cardiac failure.Method： 45 healthy SD rats were divided into five groups randomly,which were normal control group（A）,model control group（B）,captopril control group（C）,large dose of treatment group（D） and small dose of treatment group（E）.There were 9 rats in each group.The models of congestive cardiac failure were made by intraperitoneal injection of Adriamycin.C group were treated with captopril,D group were done with large dose of Talet for Faerie to Rescue Heart,and E group were done with small dose of Talet t for Faerie to Rescue Heart.One treatment course included 2 weeks.Result： Talet for Faerie to Rescue Heart could cut down cardiac ponderal index.Conclusion： Talet for Faerie to Rescue Heart has the effect of inhibitory action on left ventricle reconstitution（LVR）.
