摘　　要："采用清洁生产工艺、以非木纤维为原料、单条10万吨/年及以上的纸浆生产线建设。"已被列入《产业结构调整指导目录(2011年本)》鼓励类政策中。该指导目录自2011年6月1日起实施。Recently,Guideli ne Catalogue for Industrial Restructuring of 2011 edition has been formally issued by the nation,in which the construction of one pulp production line with a capacity of above 100 thousand tons by adopting clean technology and using non-wood fibers as raw materials has been put into encouragement catalogue.This means the process for clean pulping with straw stalk fiber materials has been approved formally by the nation.
