废纸脱墨浆生产线中胶黏物的分布调查

摘　　要：在脱墨浆生产线典型部位取样分离的纤维组分和细小组分,通过采用四氢呋喃(THF)进行抽提分析,对废纸脱墨浆生产线典型部位浆料的水相中的黏性物质进行了分布调查。结果表明:从卸料塔到流浆箱,浆料中纤维组分和细小组分的THF抽出物分别降低了约74%和35%;溶解与胶体物质(DCS)的含量降低了约57%。An investigation on stickies contribution in water phases from the typical points in a waste paper pulping production line was carried out by sampling from fiber and fines fraction of the typical points in the production line and then the fiber and fines fraction were extracted with tetrahydrofuran（THF）. The results show that the THF-extractives are reduced by about 74% （in fiber fraction） and 35% （in fines fraction） respectively, DCS is decreased by about 57%, for pulps from the dumpling tower to head box.
