基于Matlab分析纸张涂层微观结构的研究

摘　　要：为直观地反映涂布纸涂层微观结构的立体效果,对纸张进行印刷打样后用高分辨率扫描仪将图像输入电脑,然后通过matlab对图像进行处理,利用纸张涂层的微观结构差异创建了因油墨吸收产生的细微变化生成的纸张对油墨吸收的三维立体效果图,并与SEM电镜扫描等数据对比。结果表明,该三维立体效果图能够直观地反映纸张涂层的微观结构。The paper sample after printing was scanned with high resolution scanner and the images were input to the computer,then processed by matlab.Through the difference of the subtle change of the microstructure of the surface of coated paper absorbing printing ink,a threedimensional picture for paper samples in absorbing printing ink was created to facilitate direct reflection of solid microstructure of the surface of coated paper.Compared with the statistics scanned to paper samples with SEM electron microscope,this three-dimensional picture can directly show the mircostructure of paper coatings.
