摘　　要：通过对山东海韵生态纸业有限公司纸浆餐盒项目的设计,对其主要的设计过程进行论述。根据纸浆餐盒的质量要求,制浆采用目前成熟可靠的工艺流程以及国内先进设备,成型设备采用国内专利技术。控制采用集中控制,实现了全自动流水性作业,设计中按照食品卫生级标准进行考虑,确保产品质量稳定并且符合产品质量和卫生要求。Through the design for pulp bento boxes in Shandong Haiyun Ecological Paper Co., Ltd., the main design process was discussed. According to the quality requirements of pulp bento boxes, the current mature reliable pulping process and domestic advanced equipment were used in pulping. Domestic patent technology was used in molding equipment. Centralized control was adopted to realize the operaton of automatic flow. Food sanitation standard was taken into consideration in design to ensure the product quality stable and comply with product quality and sanitary requirements.
