摘　　要：通过对ＰＣＢＮ刀具的调研及切削实验，研究了应用ＰＣＢＮ刀具进行切削加工时，刀具几何参数的选取，切削用量的选择，刀具切削部分的结构形式，使用条件及适合用ＰＣＢＮ刀具加工的材料．Through the investigation and the cutting experiment of PCBN cutting tools, the selection of geometry parameters of PCBN cutting tools and cutting size are studied, and the structure and shape of cutting section of PCBN cutting tools, the material that is adapted to be machined with PCBN cutting tools and the conditions when using PCBN cutting tools are also discussed.
