摘　　要：从系统论的观点，剖析了高技术产业化的宏观演化规律，从高技术产业同传统技术产业的产业竞争角度构造了高技术产业化的宏观演化模型，并在此基础上分析了高技术经济系统最终演化成高技术产业的机制条件，得出了有益的结论．The authors analyzed the macro evolution laws of high-tech industrialiZation from the viewpoiflt of system theory, then consmicted the macro evolation model from the angle of industrial competition between the high-tech industry and the traditional industry. On the basis of preceding work, the authors analyzedthe mechanical conditions of high-tech industrialization, obtained some useful conclusions.
