RP-HPLC测定当归养血丸中芍药苷含量

摘　　要：目的:建立当归养血丸中芍药苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用反相-高效液相色谱法,Hypersil ODS色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(32:68),检测波长为230nm,流速1mL.min-1,柱温30℃,进样量10μL。结果:芍药苷的平均回收率为98.7%,RSD 1.7%(n=7);线性方程:Y=138.63X-69.82,r=0.999 7,线性范围0.15～0.75μg/mL。结论:该方法准确、快捷、灵敏、重现性好,可作为当归养血丸质量评价的依据。Objective：To develop a method for determing Paeoniflorin in Dangguiyangxue Pill.Methods：RP-HPLC detective was used to determine the paeoniflorin levels in all samples.The chromatographic conditions included Hypersil ODS column（250mm×4.6mm,5 μm）and the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methanol-H2O（32：68）.The flow rate was 1mL.min-1 and column temperature was 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was at 230nm.Results：The method was proved to be linear in the range of 0.15-0.75μg with the linear equation was：Y=138.63X-69.82（r=0.999 7）,the average recovery was 98.7%.Conclusion：The method is rapid,sensitive and accurate,can be used to control the quality of Dangguiyangxue Pill.
