调温后整理剂的制备及调温织物性能研究

摘　　要：以相变复合材料为功能组分制备调温后整理剂,将其应用于棉织物后整理,赋予织物调温性能.对调温织物进行SEM、DSC和服用性能测试,结果表明:相变复合物均匀地粘附在织物的纤维表面和纤维之间;调温织物在28℃左右有一个明显的吸热峰,热容量约为5 J/g,在26～30℃具有较好的调温性能,并具有良好的耐洗性;调温整理后织物仍然保持良好的亲水性和手感.Thermo-regulating finishing agent was prepared using self-synthesized phase-change composite as functional component.It was applied in cotton fabric finishing,and the fabric was given thermo-regulating property.The thermo-regulated fabric was observed by SEM and DSC,and the wearability of fabric was also measured.The results showed that the self-synthesized phase-change composite evenly stuck onto the surface of fiber and the interstice of fiber.The thermo-regulated fabric showed a evident endothermic peak at around 28 ℃ with approximately 5 J/g of heat capacity.The thermo-regulated fabric had good thermo-regulating property within 26~30 ℃ and good wash-ability.The finished fabric still had good hydrophilicity and handle.
