摘　　要：染整定型机废气具有温度高、湿度大、含油烟和成份复杂等特性,对大气环境质量、职工身体健康和企业安全生产危害极大。本文分析现有净化方法的作用,评价了两种常见处理工艺的效果与特点,提出"热能回收-喷淋洗涤-湿式静电"三级处理工艺,开发了新型喷淋洗涤-湿式静电除尘一体化设备。工业应用试验结果表明,该项技术能够较好地兼顾环保、节能与安全三者之间的关系,有效回收烟气所含的热量和废油,实现烟气中油烟颗粒物的高效率净化,排除常见工艺中存在的火灾事故隐患。The waste gas from tentering frames features high temperature and humidity,containing oil and smoke as well as other complicated composition,having great risk to the environmental air quality,health of the employees,and safety operation of the plant.In this paper,the existing purifying methods are analyzed,with evaluation of the efficiency and propertys of two commonly used treating process.An innovative technology was proposed,which consists of 3-steps including:(1) air-air heat exchange,(2) spray scrubbing,and(3) wet-electrostatic precipitation.The industrial experiment results demonstrate that the technology offers a better balance between environmental protection,energy saving and safety,with efficient recovery of the heat and waste oil contained in the waste gas,realizing high-efficiency purification of the particles in the waste gas and eliminating the common fire hazard.
