摘　　要：本文介绍了基于PLC串行总线控制变频器的直辊丝光机电气改造,特别是触摸屏、RS485总线、变频器直流共母线、长直辊丝光机的张力控制等技术应用,对国内同类印染机械设计具有重要参考价值。This paper introduces the electrical modification of the chainless padless mercerizing range with PCL series bus controlled frequency converter,with focuses on touch screen,RS485 bus,DC common bus of frequency converter,and tension control.The study has been referenced for designing the dyeing and printing machine of the same kind at home.
