摘  要:研究了Cu2+和Hg2+2种重金属离子对泥鳅(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响,并比较了肝脏和肾脏组织中SOD活性的差别。在实验室条件下,将泥鳅置于不同质量浓度的Cu2+(1.00、1.50、2.00、2.50、3.00 mg/L)及Hg2+(0.05、0.10、0.15、0.20、0.25 mg/L)溶液中,分别测定染毒24、48、72 h后,泥鳅肝脏和肾脏组织中SOD的活性。结果表明,Cu2+和Hg2+对泥鳅肝脏和肾脏组织中SOD活性的影响相似,低浓度的Cu2+和Hg2+对泥鳅肝脏和肾脏中SOD活性有诱导作用;高浓度的Cu2+、Hg2+则使组织中SOD活性降低,随着时间的延长,高浓度组的抑制作用更加明显。The effects of Cu2+ and Hg2+ on activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) were detected in liver and kidney of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus;and the differences of SOD activity between liver and kidney were compared.M.anguillicaudatus was exposed to different concentration solutions with Cu2+(1.00,1.50,2.00,2.50,3.00 mg/L)or Hg2+(0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25 mg/L) under laboratory conditions;and the tissue SOD activity was detected after 24,48,and 72 hours.It was found that the SOD activity showed similar tendency when exposed to Cu2+ or Hg2+ in liver or kidney.SOD activity was induced when exposed to the low concentration of heavy metals,while suppressed in high concentration of heavy metals.The inhibition effect of high concentration was more and more severe with the prolongation of time.
