摘　　要：为了协助策划好"重庆市农业和农村经济发展第12个五年规划",开展了"十二五"期间农村民意调查,分析了农民对农业政策、农业科技、农业投入、新农村建设、社会保障等方面的看法、意见和建议,提出了相应的对策措施。In order to work out ＂the Twelfth Five-year＇s Plan of the Development of Agriculture and Rural Economy of Chongqing＂ better,the investigation of rural poll in the period of ＇the twelfth five-year plan＇ was carried out,farmers＇ altitude,opinion,advices on agricultural policies,agricultural sciences and technology,agricultural investment,construction of Chinese New Countryside,social security were analyzed,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
