摘 要:将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)分别与聚酰胺类(PA1010、PA6和PA66)熔融共混,通过热力学分析、示差扫描量热法、扫描电镜和红外光谱等手段,对PET/PA类共混体系进行了研究。热力学分析结果与实验结果不同,表明热力学分析不适用于PET/PA共混体系;DSC分析结果表明:不同的PET/PA共混体系对PET相玻璃化温度向低温区移动程度有影响;SEM分析表明:PET/PA共混体系断面形态不同,相容性关系为PET/PA66>PET/PA6>PET/PA1010;红外光谱分析表明:共混体系中PET的羟基和PA分子的—NH—之间产生了氢键,导致PET的CO拉伸震动吸收峰移向低波数。Poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET) and polyamide (PA66, PA6 and PA1010) were melted and blended respectively to prepare PET/PA blend system. The PET/PA blends were characterized by thermodynamic analysis, DSC, SEM and IR spectroscopy. Theoretical analysis and experimental results were different, which showed that thermodynamic analysis was not apply to the PET/PA blends. DSC analysis showed that different PET/PA blends made the Ts of PET phase moving to the lower level. SEM analysis showed that PET/PA blends had different cross-section shapes. Relationship of compatibility was: PET/ PA66 〉 PET/PA6 〉 PET/PA1010. IR spectroscopy showed that hydrogen bonds between hydroxyls of PET and --NH-- of PA caused the C=O stretching vibration absorption peaks of PET moving to lower wave number.
