摘 要:在实证研究的基础上,分析了美国油电混合动力汽车(简称HEV)市场逐渐成熟的技术及能源因素,以及近年来美国混合动力汽车市场的发展现状。分析发现各车企主要依靠的是混合动力汽车的性能和价格来打动消费者,而并不完全依赖政府对新能源汽车的减税鼓励政策,指出中国发展新能源汽车产业应以混合动力技术为主,国内车企应自主联合,建立区域性新能源汽车产业联盟和集群。Based on empirical research for the new energy automotive industry of China,this paper analyzes the technology and energy factors in the process of the maturity of the U.S.HEV market,followed by the analysis of the U.S.hybrid vehicles market in recent years,obtaining the conclusion that the car enterprises in U.S.market mainly rely on the performance and prices of hybrid vehicles to impress consumers,and do not depend on the U.S.government tax incentives for new energy automobile policy;Finally,the development of new energy automotive industry in China should be based on hybrid technology,domestic auto enterprises should take the initiative to establish regional alliances or new energy automotive industry cluster by themselves,and Chinese government should introduce mandatory plans or regulations in the process of new energy vehicle development of China.
