发展中小企业集群 实现中部县域经济跨越式发展

摘　　要：县域经济在中部地区经济发展中占据重要地位,是实现中部崛起,促进三农问题解决的重要路径选择。目前中部地区正面临金融危机下东部沿海产业转移的机遇,各省经济发展势头空前强劲,政府政策推动强度加大。因此,结合中部各省的自身特点和国际国内的成功经验,中部地区应该通过培育壮大中小企业特色产业集群,来实现县域经济跨越式发展。The economy of county has a key role in the development of central area,and also helps to solve the problems concerning agriculture,country and farmers.Recently,central area is facing the opportunities brought by eastern coastal industrial transfer under the economic crisis.In the mean time,every province develops strongly when the government promotes greater policies.Therefore,combined the successful experience internationally and nationally with the features of provinces,the author holds the view that it should be encouraged that the breeding of small and medium enterprises cluster is the key to achieving rapid county economy development.
