唐代文馆的基本职能与主要特点

摘　　要：唐代文馆是从事图书典籍等文献整理的国家机构。它在长期的发展演变过程中,形成了编校图书、教授生徒、充当谋士、参议政治、侍从酬唱等基本职能,有自己完整的组织结构和职官体系。文馆职官本身都是兼职,非职事官,其官资品秩,都须借他官以寄官资之崇卑,也无固定员额,人员流动性较大。这些都构成它的基本特点。唐代文馆的骤盛遽衰,就与它的这些特点有关。The cultural center of Tang Dynasty was a national organ arranging literature.During its long development course,it formed its basic functions of editing and checking texts,instructing students,serving as advisers,and participating in politics as attendants.It had its own complete organization system and official setup.All of the cultural center officials had concurrent posts.Their ranks all depended on the attached officials＇.The numbers of the posts were flexible.All these basic characteristics help explain the abrupt prosperity and decline of the cultural centre of Tang Dynasty.
