摘  要:通过对(1- x)( Ti+ C)+ x( Ni+ Al)= (1- x) Ti C+ x Ni Al反应体系的 S H S实验研究,获得了外加电场对燃烧过程及产物的影响规律: S H S过程中燃烧波速与外加电场电压呈线性关系;外加电场将使燃烧温度升高,升高的比率与预热条件有关;外加电场对燃烧产物颗粒尺寸有显著影响。通过选择合适的外加电压,可以将颗粒尺寸控制在所需范围之内,进而达到控制产品性能的目的。Recently more and more scientists pay attention to the application of SHS (Self propagation High temperature Synthesis) in the field of material synthesis. The authors try to find the effect of external electric field on the combustion mechanism of SHS through experimental study on a reaction system: (1-x)(Ti+C)+x(Ni+Al)=(1-x)TiC+xNiAl. The experimental results show that (a) The combustion wave speed is proportional to the voltage of external electric field; (b) The combustion temperature will rise when an external electric field is applied and the rate of increase is related to preheat condition; (c) The external electric field affects the particle size of combustion products notably. So we may be able to control the particle size in the required range and then control the properties of synthesized products by applying suitable external electric field.
