摘  要:以陶瓷压砖机液压系统中顶出系统为研究对象,阐述液压顶出系统的基本构成和工作原理,建立其数学模型并进行计算;采用液压仿真软件AMESim建立其仿真分析模型并进行仿真,将AMESim仿真结果和根据数学模型运算的结果进行分析比较,两种结果一致,说明AMESim仿真结果准确,为进一步利用AMESim进行陶瓷压砖机研究提供了理论依据。Taking the ejection module in hydraulic system of tile-press as study object, its basic structure and working principle were described. The mathematical model was established and calculated. The simulation model of the system was built and simulated by AMESim. Compared the computational result from AMESim with the result from mathematic model, the two kinds of result are same, which illustrates the simulation result is accurate. It provides theoretical basis for further research of tile-press by AMESim.
