摘  要:用甲乙酮肟(MEKO)对端NCO预聚体进行封端,考查了不同的封端率对端NCO预聚体黏度的影响。用TGA、DSC、TG-IR等对封端聚氨酯解封过程进行研究。实验结果表明,当封端聚氨酯中残余NCO%低1于0.1%时,贮存期可达1年以上。HNMR分析表明,端异氰酸酯封闭成功。MEKO封端的聚氨酯在105℃解封,与聚醚胺混合后用于PET/VMCPP覆膜,其复合膜在110℃时活化固化1h,T-剥离强度达2.0N/15mm。The isocyanate terminated prepolymer was blocked with methyl ethyl ketoximel (MEKO),the effect of different blocking percentage on the prepolymer viscosity was studied.The unblocking reaction was characterized by TGA, DSC and TG-IR.Experiment results showed that when the NCO% is less than 0.1% the blocked isocyanate has good stability for overed year.The H'NMR analysis showed that the prepolymer was successfully blocked and the unblocking temperature was 105 ℃.The blocked isocyanate was used in PET/VMCPP laminating when mixing with polyether amine,the PET/VMCPP laminate was activate at 1 10 ℃ for 1 hour, and the peeling strength reached 2.0 N/15mm.
