单组分端硅烷聚氨酯胶粘剂的研制

摘　　要：通过对原材料品种和用量的的选择,研制了一种单组分湿气固化端硅烷聚氨酯胶粘剂。其拉伸强度为5MPa,断裂伸长率为400%,撕裂强度为28N/mm。确定了最佳的胶粘剂配方:聚合物质量分数32.6%,碳酸钙质量分数45%,增塑剂质量分数10.83%,白炭黑质量分数2.59%。A one-component silane-terminated polyurethane adhesive was developed through selecting of type and content of raw materials, which reached 5 MPa tensile strength, 400% elongation at break and 28 N/ram tear strength. The determined optimal adhesive formulation is as follows by weight： 32.6% polymer, 45% calcium carbonate, 10.83% plasticizer and 2.59% fumed silica.
