摘  要:用进口氟硅改性蜡乳液H-863、进口聚乙烯蜡乳液J-1、普通国产蜡浆K-13种助剂分别改性水性光油,考查了助剂对水性光油应用性能的影响。结果表明,3种聚乙烯蜡助剂中,H-863改性的水性光油性能最佳,当H-863加量为30‰时,水性光油的光泽度从60提高到80,耐磨性从1500次提高至2700次。The waterborne varnish was modified with imported modified tlUorlne and smcon containing modified wax emulsion, imported J-1 polyethylene wax (PEW) emulsion and homemade K-13 paste wax, respectively. The effects of above mentioned three addives on the application performance of modified waterborne varnish. The results showed that the waterborne varnish modified with H-863 emulsion had optimal application performance for the three PEW additives. When the H-863 emulsion content was 30%, the glossiness and wear resistance were increased from 60 and 1500 times to 80 and 2700 times, respectively.
