居民社区节能减排公众参与平台的建设实践

摘　　要：通过实时数据采集、网络传输、数据库技术和管理软件开发,实现社区环境、能耗和能效信息的实时化、数字化、可视化,并与社区内实施的节能减排技术应用示范、节能科技的科普宣传、社区低碳生活行为准则等有机融合,为社区构建可供公众共同参与的节能减排平台。这既能量化评价居民家庭能耗水平、社区环境质量、社区节能减排示范项目的成效,也可借此为居民社区提供科普宣传,引导低碳式生活,是居民社区开展节能减排的创新性探索。The project aims at developing a community communication platform combined an online monitoring system on energy consumption, water resource and environment quality with demonstration of eco-technologies applied in the community. The platform which is based on the technologies integration of real data acquisition, network transmission, database management and visualization can help residents to get information and demonstrate the ecotechnologies applied in the community. The platform can quantitatively analyze the base line of residents＇ energy consumption, community environmental quality and effects of the energy saving solutions and technologies. It also helps to science popularization and avocation of lowcarbon life. It is an exploration to energy conservation in communities.
