夹脊电针结合中频治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例

摘　　要：目的探寻保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效优化方案。方法将90例患者随机分为电针组、中频组、电针加中频组,分别进行治疗,治疗前后进行症状体征评分与疗效评价。结果治疗后3组患者的症状体征评分均明显下降,与治疗前相比,P<0.01,同时电针加中频组与电针组、中频组相比,P<0.05或P<0.01。结论夹脊电针与中频均是腰椎间盘突出症的有效治疗方法,两者合用后疗效进一步提高,值得推广运用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effective optimized scheme by conservatively treating lumbar disc herniation.METHODS 90 patients were randomly divided into electro-acupuncture group,intermediate frequency group and electro-acupuncture combined with intermediate frequency group.Three groups were treated respectively.The symptomatic sign score and evaluation of therapeutic effect were performed before and after treatment.RESULTS Symptomatic sign scores in three groups all decreased significantly after treatment.In comparison to groups before treatment,P0.01.Meanwhile,if compared the electro-acupuncture combined with intermediate frequency group with the electro-acupuncture group and intermediate frequency group,P0.05 or P0.01.CONCLUSION Both Jiaji electro-acupuncture and intermediate frequency are effective methods for treating lumbar disc herniation,thus deserving further development and application.
