HPLC法测定莪术油β-环糊精包合物中莪术醇等3种成分的含量

摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定莪术挥发油β-环糊精包合物中莪术二酮、莪术醇、吉马酮含量的方法。方法色谱柱为依利特Hypersil ODS柱,流动相：乙腈-水梯度洗脱,柱温：30℃,流速：1.0 mL/min,检测波长：214 nm。结果莪术二酮、莪术醇和吉马酮分别在0.015 84~0.158 4 mg/mL（r=0.999 8）,0.019 49~0.194 9 mg/mL（r=0.999 7）,0.019 11~0.191 1 mg/mL（r=0.999 8）范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率（n=9）分别为97.68%（RSD=0.49%）,102.55%（RSD=2.03%）,104.38%（RSD=1.66%）。结论方法准确,快速,重现性好,为莪术油β-环糊精包合物的质量标准研究奠定了基础。OBJECTIVE To develop a new method of HPLC for simultaneously determining curdione,curcumenol and germacrone in inclusion complex of compound Zedoary Turmeric Oil-β-Cyclodextrin.METHODS The analysis was performed on a Hypersil ODS column;the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile water with a linear gradient elution;the flow rate was 1.0mL/min and the temperature of column was 30℃;the UV detection wave length was set at 214nm.RESULTS Curdione,curcumenol and germacrone showed good linearity between the ranges of 0.01584~0.1584mg/mL（r=0.9998）,0.01949~0.1949mg/mL（r=0.9997） and 0.01911~0.1911mg/mL（r=0.9998） respectively.The average recoveries were 97.68%（RSD=0.49%）,102.55%（RSD=2.03%）and 104.38%（RSD=1.66%）.CONCLUSION The method of HPLC is accurate,fast and reproducible,which can be used to study Zedoary Turmeric Oil-β-Cyclodextrin quality.
