山东省财政支农资金对农业影响的实证分析——基于拓展C-D生产函数的研究

摘　　要：农业是公益性较强的产业,它既关系到国家的粮食安全,又影响到非农业部门的发展。农业始终在国民经济的发展中发挥着基础性作用,但我国的农业仍然表现为国民经济发展的薄弱环节。山东作为农业大省,对该省农业的研究有助于相关农业政策的制定。引入财政支农支出的C-D生产函数,对山东农业发展状况进行了实证分析和评价。Agriculture is the industry which provides public service.Its development affects not only the grain safety,but also the development of the non-agriculture in China.Agriculture is also the base of economic development.However,Chinese farming still is a vulnerable link of the development.Shandong is an agricultural province;the research on the agriculture in Shandong is helpful to the eatablishemnt of relative agriculture policies.This study introduces the expanded C-D production function to analyze and evaluate the situation about the agriculture development of Shandong province.
