摘 要:我国当代大学生挫折教育的开展,在一定程度上提高了大学生的挫折认知力和处理心理危机的能力,但从总体上看,教育的实效性还较差。因此,剖析影响大学生挫折教育实效的因素,从深层次找出问题的症结并加以改进,尽快建立起以学校为主导、家庭、社会积极参与的全方位的教育格局,实现施教者与受教者之间的良性互动,是提高大学生挫折教育实效性的关键。Setback education,which is succdssful or not will be related to the quality of personnel training in the 21st century.So it was put into practice for mordern college students in our country and improved the college students' congnitive ability of setback and their ability of dealing with mental crisis to a centain degree.But overall,the actual effect of setback education is poor.Therefore,we must find out the deep-rooted reasons and do better.we should establish a comprehensive education framework as soon as possible,School-led,family,society to participate actively and achieve positive interation between the educator and the educated.This is the key of improving the actual effect of setback education for college students.
