摘　　要：目的探讨围绝经期骨质疏松亚健康状态患者护理干预的效果。方法 2007年11月至2009年1月,浙江中医药大学附属第二医院对100例围绝经期骨质疏松亚健康状态的患者进行了为期6个月的护理干预。结果经过为期6个月的护理干预,患者的骨密度值由干预前的(-1.651±0.293)上升为(-1.366±0.540),经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理干预有利于预防或延迟骨质疏松的发生。Objective To observe the effects of nursing intervention for perimenopausal patients under sub-health state of osteoporosis.Methods From November 2007 to January 2009,100 patients under sub-health state of osteoporosis underwent nursing intervention for six months in the hospital.Results After 6 months＇ nursing intervention.the value of bone mineral density（BMD） increased from-1.651±0.293 to-1.366±0.540.The difference was of statistical significance（P0.01）.Conclusion Nursing intervention helps prevent or delay osteoporosis.
