摘 要:结合数值分析和有限元的方法,研究船用水润滑斜面平台瓦推力轴承瓦块倾角和斜面平台比对最小水膜厚度、最大水膜压力、瓦块功耗、摩擦因数、瓦块最高温度和最大热弹性变形的影响。研究表明:最小水膜厚度随瓦块倾角的增加而增加,随斜面平台比的增加而减小;最大水膜压力随瓦块倾角的增加而增加,当斜面平台比为0.8时,最大水膜压力最小;瓦块功耗、摩擦因数和最高温度随瓦块倾角的增加而减小,随斜面平台比的增加而增加;瓦块最大热弹性变形随瓦块倾角的增加而呈先减小后增大的趋势,随斜面平台比的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势。Numerical analysis method and finite element method were applied to research the influence of bearing pad dip angle,proportion of slop and platform of water lubricated slop platform thrust bearing for ship on minimal water film thickness,maximal water film pressure,power consumption of pad,frication coefficient,the highest temperature and the maximal TED of bearing pad.The result showed that minimal water film thickness increased with bearing pad dip increasing,decreased with proportion of slop and platform rising.The maximal water film pressure enhanced with bearing pad dip increasing,when proportion of slop and platform for 0.8,its value is the minimum;Power consumption of pad,frication coefficient and the highest temperature decreased with bearing pad dip increasing,increased with proportion of slop and platform rising.The maximum TED of bearing pad shows a initial decrease,followed by a increase with bearing pad dip increasing,increased with proportion of slop and platform rising firstly and then decreased.
