无铬耐指纹电镀锌钢板的性能研究

摘　　要：武钢新建电镀锌机组成功开发无铬耐指纹电镀锌钢板产品。通过大量实验,研究了武钢电镀锌无铬耐指纹钢板的各项性能,包括耐蚀性、耐指纹性、导电性、耐黑变性等,同时将该产品与国内知名钢厂的产品进行了对比。结果表明,武钢无铬耐指纹电镀锌钢板各项性能指标满足用户需求,在与国内钢厂同类产品的对比中达到先进水平,标志着武钢电镀锌产品开发步入了一个新的阶段。Chromium-free anti-fingerprint electric-galvanized sheet was successfully developed on new electric-galvanizing line. Product properties including corrosion resistance, fingerprint resistance, conductivity,and dark tarnished defect resistance are studied and comparison between WISCO products and that of other famous domestic steel companies is made through experiments. The results indicate that the properties of WISCO products meet the demands of clients and are preponderant in comparison with other domestic products,which suggest that WISCO electric-galvanizing products have developed into a new stage.
