摘　　要：红色旅游经营主体在理性支配下达到纳什均衡时的红色旅游知识产权侵权救济供给量之和小于在整体理性支配下帕累托最优时的红色旅游知识产权侵权救济供给量之和,但加入侵权救济因素后,即通过构建救济保障机制,可以使经营主体的个体行为逐步趋于集体理性。When red tourism operators reach the Nash equilibrium under the control of rationality,the supply quality of red tourism intellectual property rights infringement relief is less than the supply quality when they reach Pareto optimal under the control of overall rational.But if we add the factor of right infringement relief that means building relief protection mechanism,operator＇s individual behavior will gradually turn to collective rationality.
