摘　　要：农村中小金融机构是我国农村金融市场上的主力军,在促进"三农"和支持县域经济的发展中发挥了极为重要的作用。为保障农村金融市场的稳定和发展需要提高农村中小金融机构监管有效性。基于监管有效性的基本内涵和我国农村金融市场以及监管的实际情况,构建了一套评价我国农村中小金融机构监管有效性的指标体系,为客观准确地评价农村中小金融机构监管有效性提供了重要依据。As an important component of rural financial market in our country,rural small and medium-sized financial institutions play an important role in solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and peasantry,and supporting the development of country economy.In order to guarantee the stability and development of rural financial market,we need improve the effectiveness of the supervision on rural small and medium-sized financial institutions.In view of the basic connotation of the effectiveness of supervision,we build a set of supervision effectiveness index system,which can be an important basis on evaluating the effectiveness of the supervision on rural small and medium-sized financial institutions.
